Learn about the origination of the Wabanaki people and their traditional belief system. Current speakers of the Wabanaki language will be identified and the experiences of living and passed Native people will be shared. The impact of language on the Wabanaki world view and on the Wabanaki response to health care, behavioral health care, and substance use disorder treatment will be discussed in great length to be followed by a question and answer period.
