Event Details


This day-long course will provide various educational experiences for counselors and clinicians to learn more about what it means to be Transgender and/or *Gender Expansive. The presenters will include ways in which agencies and individuals can be more inclusive in their day-to-day work by exploring language usage, terminology, and best practices for treating substance use disorders and for working with Transgender and/or Gender Expansive individuals, especially in behavioral and mental health settings.
