The Maine Military & Community Network, in partnership with the Maine Military Clinical Outreach Network, presents the 4th Annual Conference: Community Covenant.
Keynote speaker will be Dr. Kelly Posner, a international expert in Suicide Prevention.
Special Guest Speaker will be Dr. Cynthia Lischick, a specialist on the subject of domestic violence in the military.
Afternoon breakouts will include two tracks: Track A. Behavioral Health Track B. Community Partnerships.
