- Fetal Alcohol Syndrome: Guidelines for Referral and Diagnosis
These guidelines were first published in 2004 with a third printing in 2005. The recommendations were established in collaboration with the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Health and Human Services in coordination with the National Task Force on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and Fetal Alcohol Effect.
